We, in our philanthropic efforts, strive to help
disadvantaged women and girls move closer to
independence and self-sufficiency.  Some of the most
effective ways in which our mission is accomplished is by
raising funds for established, charitable organizations
whose mission aligns with ours; donating essential
items to women in need such as food, water, and
clothing; by providing assistance with obtaining safe
shelter, transportation, and medical care; and by
providing career and practical training experiences for
the underprivileged woman and student alike. Because
we strongly believe in professional mentorship, we
continuously make efforts to provide opportunities
where ideas can be shared and essential career skills can
be learned.

Additionally, we continue to be a resource to many  by
assisting community groups and organizations with
various efforts to provide services  to disadvantaged
women and girls.  It is our goal to provide specific,
mission-based assistance as we are contacted by such
groups and organizations.

We are proud to say that our suport has been given to
The Foundation for International Community Assistance
(FINCA); Women In Distress, Broward County; the art
students at The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, PACE
Center for Girls, Broward, several local churches and
community groups; and with our newest venture, RPICC
at Broward General Medical Center.

Carla Bell, Founder
Our Mission
'To aid in the advancement of women in need, along with their families, by
providing financial, educational, and holistic support while supporting and
promoting the Fashion and Creative Arts Industries.'
Letter From The Founder

The She Market, Inc. began with one

simple vision in mind - 'to get able

women and girls together to help

other women and girls who are in

  need, all while supporting and

  promoting the fashion and creative

art industries'.  The plan was to host
                               innovative events with this dual
                               purpose in mind.

In January 2006, that vision was realized when we hosted
our first event, Fashionably Correct.  Since then, we have
supported various organizations that provide many
needed services to disadvantaged women and girls, and
their families.   While it is true that I am intrigued by
fashion, creative design, and all things stylish, it is the
thought that each of these things can have value beyond
being simply aesthetically pleasing that drives my passion
for helping others.  With that in mind, I want to inspire
talented designers to think and act philanthropically.

It is my thought that 'helping women improve their quality
of life, in turn benefits their families, and ultimately, their
communities'.
To that end, it is my sincere hope that you would join us in
our creative pursuits of fun, fashion, and charity.  After all,
"goodwill never goes out of style!"

Yours In Style,

Carla H. Bell
