         Spaaah Day 2008

The first annual Spaaah Day, hosted on Saturday, September 20, 2008
benefiting PACE Center for Girls, Broward was a big success in many ways.  Our
guests were able to enjoy massages, hair styling, manicures, yoga sessions,
mental health screenings, gourmet cupcakes, healthy food snacks and beverages,
and of course, our world famous Beauty Bar. See what some of our guests had to
say:

"Absolutely loved today.  Lots of fun.  Thank you!"
                                "It's awesome!"
"Thanks for a relaxing 3 hours!"
                         "Great job.  Very impressed!"

Most importantly, Spaaah Day proved to be beneficial to PACE Center for Girls,
Broward.

Both the organization's members, as well as the students who we sponsored to
attend, were pampered as healthy lifestyles and self-care for women and girls
was supported through our activities.
See what the Director of Development, PACE Center for Girls, Broward, had to say:

"It’s unanimous!  The two PACE girls, Ann and I, and the Board members and
friends of PACE who attended Saturday’s event all agree that Spaaah Day was
one of best Saturday outings we ever had.  You and The She Market members
transformed a room at Broward Center into a place of tranquility and joy.  We all
left Spaaah Day with a smile and a heightened sense of well-being.

We especially thank you for naming PACE Center for Girls Broward to share in
this event.  This event gave us the opportunity to tell others about PACE.  Now
more people in the community know how PACE can help girls in a troubling time of
transition.

Spaaah Day was a special gift for the two girls from PACE.  They loved their new
hairstyles and the warm welcome you gave them.  They are grateful that they
could attend.

To all the She Market members—thanks for all the Aaaahs!

Kathleen

It is now a  fact that 'it is possible to pamper yourself and pay it forward!"

We hope that you will join us at the next Spaaah Day in support of healthy lifestyles
and self-care.
