The She Market Inc. (TSM) is created to provide assistance to women and girls who are in need. We pay special attention to women and girls who are moving toward improved personal, academic or professional circumstances. It is our firm belief that helping a woman to succeed socio-economically, educationally, and professionally not only benefits herself, but also benefits her family and community as well. Holding true to that belief, The She Market, Inc. has launched our goal-focused, service programs:
- RPICC Referral Program
- Professional Mentorship Program
- Adopt-A-Student Program
We also believe that no meaningful feat is accomplished solely in isolation. We invite you to partner with us in realizing our service goals. Collectively, we can make a positive difference in the lives of the at-risk mothers at Broward General Medical Center's Regional Perinatal Intensive Care Center RPICC), and our community's students at PACE Center for Girls, Broward, and at The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale (AI) through support of these service programs. RPICC Referral Program
The She Market, Inc. Team is pleased to announce the RPICC Referral Program where we partner with local social workers who service the at-risk mothers cared for by Broward General Medical Center's (BGMC) Regional Perinatal Intensive Care Center (RPICC). Although we are not directly affiliated with either BGMC, nor RPICC, we act as a resource for selected mothers that these Centers serve by providing much needed, essential baby care items upon their delivery and departure from the Center. It is our goal to provide the essential baby care items that every mother needs , such as diapers, wipes, and a diaper bag upon their leaving the facility. The mothers who we help are in dire need of assistance, as they live in extremely low socio-economic circumstances and do not have access to these essentials.
Every mother deserves to have a healthy start to their beautiful journey of motherhood, complete with all of the items that every baby needs. We are here to help make that a reality for those who do not have the means or access to do so on their own.

Adopt-A-Student Program
It continues to be our goal to support disadvantaged students in our community. We are continuing our support of PACE Center for Girls, Broward with our Adopt-A- Student Program.
For only $25, you can "adopt" a student at PACE Center for Girls, Broward. Each "adoption" purchases necessary transportation for one student for one month so that she can attend classes. It also supports our efforts to give to an essential reward program set forth by PACE that rewards students for good behavior and encourages them to continue to make positive and appropriate behavior choices. Through this incentive program, one student receives a one-time incentive reward:
- A gift card
- A makeover provided by TSM, or
- A TSM signature gift item designed
by an Art Insititute fashion student.

Professional Mentorship Program
The TSM Professional Mentorship Program will allow art students to receive professional mentorship from an
art professional.
Having a model for best business practices is essential to success for any industry. This fact particularly rings
true for the field of the arts; however, where mentorship is often difficult to find. TSM is poised to fill that
need by connecting talented fashion students with established and successful local fashion designers.
Each year female fashion students from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale will have the chance to earn
professional mentoring from a local fashion industry professional. Professional mentoring will provide the
student with career experience in fashion design and production, and the priceless opportunity to learn how
to successfully manage a fashion business. The mentor will also benefit by developing leadership skills,
contributing to a student's success, and possibly acquiring assistance with business tasks. Additionally, this
program will provide an opportunity for high school art students to learn from an industry professional and
gain volunteer hours through this program.
